📦 Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM (CST) may be processed the next business day.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order weight.
Estimated delivery times begin after order processing:
- Standard Shipping – 5 to 7 business days (within contiguous USA).
- Expedited Shipping – 2 to 3 business days (available at checkout).
- Express / Overnight – 1 to 2 business days (where available).

🌎 Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including APO/FPO addresses) and select international destinations.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied upon delivery.

🔍 Order Tracking & Notifications
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier information.
You can monitor your shipment directly via the carrier’s website. If you haven't received tracking details within 5 business days after processing, feel free to reach out to our support team.
⏱️ Shipping Delays & Force Majeure
While we work hard to meet all delivery windows, occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, extreme weather,
carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In case of significant delays, we will notify you via email
as soon as possible and keep you updated.
📬 Incorrect Address & Lost Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Collinets is not responsible for orders delivered to
incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will assist with a replacement or refund
according to our policy. For any delivery issues, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
