• Orders placed after 3:00 PM (CST) may be processed the next business day.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order weight. Estimated delivery times begin after order processing:

• Standard Shipping – 5 to 7 business days (within contiguous USA).
• Expedited Shipping – 2 to 3 business days (available at checkout).
• Express / Overnight – 1 to 2 business days (where available).

🌎 Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including APO/FPO addresses) and select international destinations. 📬 Incorrect Address & Lost Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Collinets is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will assist with a replacement or refund according to our policy.
